"Hi・spheres Plain" is a latex particle manufactured for in vitro diagnostic use through soap-free polymerization. Latex particles produced using this technology do not use surfactants at all during the process, which enhances their ability to adsorb and bind biomolecules such as antibodies. "Hi・spheres COOH_Low" is a latex particle manufactured for in vitro diagnostic use through soap-free polymerization. Due to special modifications on the particle surface, it suppresses the aggregation of latex particles during the sensing process and allows for smooth re-dispersion even after ultrasonic dispersion post-centrifugation. Two types are available: physical adsorption type and chemical bonding type.
