Latex for In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents "Hi-spheres Plain"
Preliminary samples are also available! Support for inexperienced users with standard antibody sensitivity protocols.
"Hi・spheres Plain" is a latex particle manufactured for in vitro diagnostic use through soap-free polymerization. Latex particles produced using this technology do not use surfactants at all during the process, which enhances their ability to adsorb and bind biomolecules such as antibodies. Additionally, special modifications to the particle surface suppress the aggregation of latex particles during the sensing process, allowing for smooth re-dispersion even after centrifugation and ultrasonic dispersion. 【Features】 ■ Excellent adsorption and binding of biomaterials ■ Suppression of latex particle aggregation during the sensing process ■ Good re-dispersibility through ultrasonic dispersion ■ Available in two types: physical adsorption type and chemical bonding type ■ The chemical bonding type offers three levels of carboxyl group content (with nearly identical particle size; initial studies recommend Low) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
